PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

PROCESSING ORDERS

Thank you for shopping on our website. We appreciate your business and want to make sure that you have a positive shopping experience with us. In order to ensure that we can fulfill and ship your order in a timely manner, we ask that you please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method you selected during checkout. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

We understand that you are eager to receive your order as soon as possible, and we will do our best to process it quickly. However, please keep in mind that during busy periods, such as holidays and sales events, processing times may be longer than usual.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help and will do our best to provide you with the information you need.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our standard/priority shipping is $6.95 which takes 2-3 business days.

Our express shipping is $24 and it takes 1-2 business days.

We also offer shipping in Canada at $35 for 5-7 business days.

If you place an order before 2 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)

*** Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time on your order.***

RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with a product, returns or exchanges can be made up to 14 days after you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you received purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. WIG purchases are NONREFUNDABLE. If you are unhappy with product, please contact us by email at info@beautyblueprintshop.com within 14 days after your purchase.

All returns and exchanges can be rejected if inspection has shown signs of not meeting our criteria. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

***THE SALE OF ALL WIGS ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR WIGS.***

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING ON RETURNS.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We can cancel the order for you after your purchase if the cancellation is requested within a certain time window.

You may contact us within 24 hours after your payment has gone through to cancel. Orders cannot be canceled once your items have shipped out.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

These items will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

Any product not purchased from The Beauty Blueprint.

Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including box, inside packaging, and all other items originally included with the product.

Any product that exhibits physical damage.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

The sale of any Clearance items will be final. There will be no refund or store credit for these items.

WRONG ITEM

If you received the wrong item (color, length, item), please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item for us to investigate the matter. We require you to take a picture of the wrong item and email it to one of our customer care representatives to verify that you received a wrong item. Once we verify that you did receive an incorrect item, we will email or fax a prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us.

The following steps will be taken to ensure you receive the correct item:

We will ship out the correct item once we verify that you have mailed the incorrect item back to us.If you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund as soon as we’ve received the wrong item back and inspected its condition.If we don’t receive the wrong item within 7 calendar days of your contacting us, we will void out the return label and the wrong item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Payment Options

We offer 2 Payment Options!

Option #1.)(Pay Later Option) All of our products are eligible for the Pay Later option through PayPal. Once at checkout, select "PayPal", followed by the "Try another way" link, located at the bottom of the page, and finally select "Pay Later" to see if you qualify.

Option #2.)(Deposit Option) ONLY CUSTOM UNITS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS OPTION (in addition to Option #1). The Deposit Option requires a deposit equal to the amount of your hair. We will send you an invoice for the total cost of your unit, and your deposit amount will be due at that time. The remaining balance must be paid before construction of your unit can begin.

Steps to Requesting Deposit Option:

1.) Email info@beautyblueprintshop.com, include that you are "Requesting Deposit Option" followed by...

1A.) Name of the desired style

1B.) Wig Size (see Wig Sizing Chart for measurement guide)

1C.) Desired Length

1D.) Desired Parting

2.) We will contact you within 24 business hours of receiving your request to confirm your information. Upon info verification, we will send you an invoice for the total amount of your unit, at that time, a deposit equal to the amount of your hair will be due. Before construction of your unit can begin, the remaining balance must be paid!

3.) Once your invoice is paid in full, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your order. Shipping/Delivery method and timeframes will verify upon requested selection.
